1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the Tailors.lk Pro Platform ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our services. We believe in minimal data collection and maximum operational privacy.

2. Data Controller vs. Data Processor

• You (the Tailor) are the Data Controller. You determine what customer data (names, phone numbers, measurements, order details) is collected and how it is used. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and consent to collect and store your customers' data.
• We (the Platform) are the Data Processor. We provide the digital infrastructure to store and process the data you input. We do not own, sell, or independently utilize your customers' data.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the Platform:

• Account Data: your name, email address, and shop details required to create and manage your account.
• Tailor Data: the customer profiles, measurements, order statuses, and billing records you manually input or upload. You are solely responsible for this data and for obtaining any required consent from your customers.

4. What We Do NOT Collect

We respect your privacy and your customers' privacy. We currently use none of the following:

• Third-party advertising trackers or pixels.
• Cross-site behavioral analytics or device fingerprinting.
• Cookies for marketing or retargeting purposes.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use Account Data strictly to authenticate you, provide support, and maintain the Platform. We process Tailor Data solely on your behalf to deliver the software services (e.g., generating receipts, displaying order boards).

6. Third-Party Infrastructure (Sub-Processors)

We do not sell your data. We share data only with essential infrastructure partners required to host and secure the Platform:

• Supabase — secure database hosting and authentication.
• Cloudflare — content delivery, DDoS protection, and edge security.

7. Data Security & Deletion

We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols via our infrastructure partners. You may export or permanently delete your Tailor Data at any time from your account settings. Upon account termination, your data will be purged from active servers within 30 days.
