Tailors.lk Pro is a software tool designed to digitize tailoring operations. Like a manufacturer of physical tools, we provide the instrument; you are responsible for how it is wielded.

Your Responsibility to Your Customers

By using this Platform, you acknowledge you are an independent business entity solely responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable data protection laws (e.g., Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR, and other local regulations).
• Obtaining explicit consent from your customers before saving their personal information, measurements, and phone numbers.
• Securing your own account credentials to prevent unauthorized access to your customer database.

No Liability for Data Breaches or Misuse

While we use enterprise-grade infrastructure partners, we assume zero liability for:

• Data breaches resulting from your failure to secure your password or device.
• Legal action taken against you by your customers regarding how you use their data (e.g., unsolicited WhatsApp marketing).
• Financial losses from inaccurate measurements or billing errors entered into the platform.

Right to Terminate for Abuse

If we receive credible reports or detect that you are using the platform to facilitate fraud, harassment, or illegal data harvesting, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately without refund or prior notice.
